I’m pretty sure the animation team accidentally left out this audio so I added it back in

Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate Guidebook
For our second term Digital class we had to design and perfect bind a book on the Konica Minolta.
At that time, this game released and I was inspired by the amount of content and the complexity of its mechanics and started designing this book. It started as a simple layout of all the creatures featured in the game with information pulled straight from an online resource but I decided to make it more personal and wrote a few weapon guides as well.
There is an image of all my make readies above. I had first planned to print it 8.5x11in but quickly decided a smaller size would feel handier and I’d have more freedom with image sizes. A challenge I came across originally was the skewing that kept happening to all my pages. I have a bleed on the icons on the sides of the page and on every book I bound the images never lined up along the face of the book and copies that I printed for myself and my friends I had to trim a little larger to compensate for the skewing.
This project took me a month to design and print. If I had more time I would’ve liked to solve the skewing and registration problem. I plan to revisit this project again someday with all the things I’ve learned and make it better.
I also created a box for the book later that year when we got the OCE and Konsberg machines in the lab.
